Briefly and without legalese: what this site knows about you, why, and what you can do about it.

The address above is the registered office where my trade licence is filed. Sessions don’t happen there, we meet online or by arrangement in Prague and in Brno.
The site uses Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) so I know which pages are of use to people and which aren’t, and Google Ads conversion tracking. The data is aggregated, I don’t use it to identify you personally.
These cookies only switch on if you allow them in the bar at the bottom. If you don’t allow them, the site works exactly the same, you just don’t count towards the statistics. You can always change it here.
Apart from that, the site stores a few purely technical things in your browser (light/dark mode, a test in progress, your choice on the cookie bar). Those don’t send any data anywhere.
I keep messages and contact details for as long as we’re talking or working together, and then for accounting and any follow-up arrangement, for 5 years at most. If you write and tell me to delete it, I’ll delete it sooner.
You can ask what I have about you, have it corrected or deleted, and you can object. Just write to vojta@vz.coach. And if you don’t sort it out with me, you can turn to the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
What’s said in a coaching session stays in the session. It’s not just about GDPR, I follow the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
