1. Who I am

Ing. Vojtěch Zapletal, MSc.

Company ID: 05408334

Registered office: Mikuláškovo náměstí 566/6, Starý Lískovec, 625 00 Brno

A natural person entered in the trade register since 19 September 2016, not a VAT payer.

E-mail: vojta@vz.coach · Phone: +420 608 921 804 (WhatsApp only)

The address above is the registered office where my trade licence is filed. Sessions don’t happen there. We meet online over Google Meet, or by arrangement in Prague and in Brno.

2. What I offer

Coaching. One session takes two hours, so there’s time to get to what matters. I usually run it online over Google Meet, and by arrangement we meet in person in Prague or in Brno. Before we get into anything, you get a free, no-obligation intro session with me online, 20 to 30 minutes.

Coaching is not psychotherapy or a health service and it doesn’t replace professional care. I don’t diagnose and I don’t treat. Coaching is joint work and how much you get out of it depends a lot on you too. So I can’t promise you a particular result, only that I’ll put everything I have into every session.

3. Prices

I’m not a VAT payer, the prices given are final. The current price list is always on the main page. If we agree something else in writing, a discount or a corporate rate say, that agreement applies.

4. Ordering and the contract

You can book a time through the form on the site, by e-mail or on WhatsApp. The contract between us comes into being the moment I confirm the time. If you buy a session or a package straight on the site, it comes into being when you pay for the order.

Before you complete the order you always see what you’re buying and what it costs. I’ll send you a confirmation by e-mail.

5. Payment terms

Both a session and a package are paid for in advance, in Czech crowns. I’ll send you the receipt by e-mail.

Online payments are handled for me by the payment gateway Comgate. The service provider, Comgate, a.s., is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payments through the gateway are secure and all information is encrypted.

If something goes wrong with the payment itself, contact the gateway’s support: Comgate, a.s., Gočárova třída 1754/48b, Hradec Králové, podpora@comgate.cz, +420 228 224 267.

6. Delivery terms

The session takes place at the time we agree on. Online over Google Meet, the link to the call comes to you by e-mail before the session. By arrangement we meet in person in Prague or in Brno.

An hours package works like credit. You use the hours at times we arrange as we go, and they never expire. You can use them up in half a year or over three years, however you need.

7. Rescheduling and cancellation

The time you book is booked for you alone, so let’s agree a few things about moving it up front.

I write it this way because it happens now and then and we both have to reckon with it. The first time it happens I usually don’t charge the fee. But that’s my option, not your entitlement, so please don’t rely on it. If it kept happening, I would charge it.

If I cancel or move a time, we’ll agree a replacement.

8. Withdrawal from the contract

A session with an agreed time is a service tied to a specific time, so the fourteen-day withdrawal from a distance contract doesn’t apply to it (§ 1837 of the Civil Code). The rules for rescheduling and cancellation above apply instead.

A package bought at a distance can be returned within fourteen days, hours already used are charged for.

9. Complaints

If something with me doesn’t go the way it should, write to me at vojta@vz.coach and I’ll deal with it within 30 days at the latest. The usual remedy is a replacement session, a discount off the price or a refund.

10. Confidentiality and personal data

What’s said in a session stays in the session. I follow the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. With corporate coaching, only progress towards the goals is reported to the client, never the content of the conversations.

How I handle personal data and what rights you have is described under personal data processing.

11. Final provisions

If a dispute arises between us that we can’t resolve together, as a consumer you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and use out-of-court dispute resolution at adr.coi.cz.

I can change these terms in future. For a contract already concluded, the wording that was on the site at the moment of the order always applies.

These terms are effective from 31 August 2026.
